Selling my 737 Sim
« on: April 19, 2016, 12:29:58 PM »
This Sim on this website is up for sale  www.737-800bbj.com

Check it out and if you are seriously interested please contact me. Time wasters will not receive a reply.

The Sim is in North West London, close to Heathrow, and the buyer arranges collection.

It will also require quite a bit of dismantling, labelling etc - it is after all a fully functioning, full size 737 that I have built over the past 10 years using parts from all over the world, including real parts (e.g. seats).

Not much point in listing what the sale covers, suffice to say everything that makes the Sim work today must go and that includes the PCs, projectors, etc.

Serious interested parties can contact me to discuss further, arrange a visit, fly the sim and discuss price. I would imagine, given the difficulty of shipping this, that it would suit a UK buyer.

Finally, for those wondering why?  I don't use the sim much these days and I have come to realise that I much preferred the building of it to flying it.

Hi.

Is this definitely a complete sale, or are you considering selling parts individually?

Thanks.. Ian

If you decide to sell it in parts, I'm interested in the following:

-Overheads (Forward and Aft)
-Throttle Quadrant (if motorised)

I can pick them up in person in London.

Hello Ralph

I've just started my retirement "project" and am waiting for FDS to deliver the cockpit and MIP and already have my motorised TQ ...

If you do decide to strip yours down into parts, I'd possibly be interested in seats, yokes and pedals

I'm based in Cambridge but have access to a large van!

Regards

Graham

Sorry Ralph - I meant to add that I'm currently using 3 50" monitors - but eventually would want to install a NatVis wrap around and projectors - can't tell if that's what you have?

Hi Graham,

From memory Ralph had a home built 3 sided flat screen setup.

Hi Ralph,
I hesitated on buying your CPFlight Audio Select panels which I now regret! If they are still available, I will buy them.

If so, my apologies for two trips to the post office!

Cheers Gwyn
