Yoke travel

Question..
How far back does the yoke travel in normal ops.
Reason why..
My seats are FE seats and have no indent for the yoke.
Note ..
I have reasonnably long legs!!
Fear..
To have to hack an indent into those seats or revert to my initial idea: build the first NG with Sidesticks. (Ali wont like that one)...
What d'U think?

I cant remember 100% but I think the yoke in neutral position is pointing ca 7 degree forward. From there, the yoke will travel 13 degree forward and 14,5 degree  backwards.

Draw this on a piece of large paper (or on your floor ) and you can measure how much this would be at the front of your seat.

Hi Ivar,

Just wanted to tell you how great & clever your yoke mechanism is. You have found a really neat way to build everything without needing a lot of vertical space underneath the sim platform, which is something very useful if you don't have a lot a height in your sim room. Great design which I will try to shamelessly copy once I start reassembling & building my sim again later this year.

You might not need to make all of the linkages regarding the elevator. I added some stuff bacause I did not have any space behind the yoke, so all linkages had to be in front. But also you can see a lot of holes. Move the cylinders on those holes, and you adjust the torque
