low fuel sound alarm

I was on a nice approach, all lined up, after a one hour flight, when both engines quit !!! too far out to make it to the threshold !!!
Rats!  with that many hours of flight, real ans sim, I managed to have the central tank  dried up with Crossfeed closed!!  (apparently the orange "low fuel" does not light up on the Center Tank)
Stupid pilot error. (Stupid referring to both)

Is there a way to implement some audible alarm with PM Sound when one of the tanks gets low?

Did you take a look at that part number I posted for your control column?

Yes, I did. Will order one foot length.
I will have to drill it for the inner tube (about 1"1/2)
May prove tricky but doable.

Do you use pm with pmSystems as logic?

I have all except  PMSystem as my overhead is not yet interfaced.
I do not know how to play with PMSounds but I figured that one wave can be triggered by a low fuel situation.

Ok, your main problem is that you don't have then the logic that controls the fuel.
- first use of Center Tank
- if CTR-Tank is low the amber lights come on and if empty it switches over to Main Tanks
- Fuel Pump switches are not needed for this

Problem will be that pmSounds doesn trigger a value less than. But you should be able to do something direct in FSUIPC with Lua.

This is what I usually do manually , as a well trained pilot (lol) ,  but experience showed that I failed, as well as my two engines!!!

Lua, as the name sounds, is chinese to me too!!!

Is already standard on any simcheck as well for Boeing, e.g. Ryanair.

This should do the trick.

- Fuel less than 1% AND Center Tank is selected for one or both engines then it plays the internal sound "noFuel"
   - play interval = 3 seconds
   - sound can be any wav file just with the name "noFuel.wav"
- at the same time the Offset 0x7934  Bit7 is set with the same interval, just unmark "Intern Sound"
   - can be used with pmSounds
   - in "soundlist.txt" just add "noFuel, 7934, .7, 1, on"
   - in "pmSounds\Sounds" folder add your sound "noFuel.wav"
