Title: 737 Aft Overhead Build
Post by: XOrionFE on May 25, 2010, 03:47:52 AM
Yesterday I got a new package arrival from my favorite place to shop in Canada....Flight Deck Solutions.    Here are some pics I took as I drooled all over my shop table......

Here is the actual real 737 aft frame I purchased a while ago through APHS.

And now a series of pics from the new FDS shipment.     I said it before and I will say it again, the stuff made by FDS are just simply works of art.   Having had them put actual Dzus fasteners on my panel order just makes everything work like a charm with the actual frame.    Perfect fit!  Of course I have some work to do now putting in switches, annunciators, and wiring but couldnt resist plopping the panels in quickly for a test fit and photo opp......Hope you enjoy as much as I did...

Thank you again Peter and the rest of the folks at FDS for creating and supplying this wonderful stuff for us!
I will post more as I build it out.

Scott

Hey Scott,

Remember a conversation we had over  1 1/2  years ago . . .  Sears Christmas catalog all over again!   Nice when you get home from work and find a package of sim parts!   :D
