I acquired my MIP on eBay from someone who was selling it for a family member, if I remember correctly. He really didn't have a lot of information about it.

I'm trying to figure out how to put together the annunciators. I have a general idea of what they are supposed to look like, but can't figure out what goes to what.

I've attached a pic. I'm hoping someone can either help me out, or maybe at least tell me who made the MIP, so I can search out a manual.

Any help is appreciated. Here's a pic of the Master Caution parts and the parts from some of the annunciators:

Thanks!

Looks like early  FDS....  or a copycat of it !!!
You will not find a manual for that. There used to be some tutorials on the net.
Search the FDS forums inside out. (start at the earliest dates)

See what I can dig.

Edit: Try this one:
http://www.flightdecksolutions.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1073&start=0&postdays=0&postorder=asc&highlight=six+pack

Most work  the way the trim tab is assembled.
For the 6Pack the gate has to be painted black to avoid light diffused from one section to the next.
FDS parts were fairly self explaining . Led holders first, spacers next, and legends on top.
Use of a hotglue gun made it easy.

you are an unmatched trove of information....!  I think you hit it right on the head.  It would appear that the photos in that post are for an Airbus, but there were other photos that I'm betting were boeing...  they are no longer visible though.

The good news is that Tim and Stef were a part of that conversation, so maybe they can help me out.  In fact, maybe Stef still has the photos he posted.

As for the MIP: It looks like I may be missing pieces, but nothing that can't be replaced easily with little cost.  I did not receive the stand-offs.  Everything seems complete though.

Thanks, and I'll hit up the FDS forum for more.

it indeed looks like older fds parts or something that got copied from them.

Not sure if i still have the pictures of that post...its 5 years old...but i will try and find them.

Anyway...parts on the left seem to be for the sixpacks.

part with the holes is for gluing the leds in.
other 2 rectangle parts are divider/spacer. Like Jack said, make the divider black to avoid lightbleeding.
Legend goes on top of all 3 layers.
The lower left part appears to be for the recall pushbutton. You can screw/glue it in depending on the switch used.

Top of switch should fit in the hole of the sixpack you just assembled.

Parts on the right seem to be for the older master caution buttons.

a part to glue the switches in, master caution legends, you seem to be missing the housing.

furthermore some legends. The stab out of trim legend....needs to go to the captains part of the mip. You seem to be missing the parts for the body.

cant make out what the other legends are...too small to read.

Remember Stef....those were the days!!!
Now you get it out of the box straight into the plug....

Not sure ..we had fun then...figuring it all out!

I too still have a bunch of this stuff kicking around!

Thanks for the replies guys.

I seem to have most of the parts (the pic just showed some representation).  Based on the pics in that FDS forum thread, and the one above, it would appear what I don't have is the spacers/standoffs.  That's nothing a trip to fastener aisle at Lowe's can't fix.

I'm trackiing on the locations of all but one....  what is the annunciator that some 737's have, and some don't, just ABOVE the CAPT DU's.  I don't have any clear photos that are that detailed.  It is one annunciator, all by itself on the MIP.

Thanks again,

Looks like I'm moving forward on that this weekend.  Pics to follow.
