Today i fired up the PC that runs my Projectmagenta CDU and noticed it minimized in the task bar.  When i click on it nothing happens.  I cant see it anywhere on my screen! What happened? Any idea? I deleted the settings file and restarted, same problem. Tried a system restore to last week, still will not move from task bar.  I'm lost here. Any help appreciated.  Oh, i tried 2 older builds as well, no go.  Also tried fullscreen regular and open GL ,  still stuck minimized in the taskbar.
Thanks,
Rob

Happened to me but cant remember what I did.
Was very simple. Try right click on the minimized and click "Restore" it has to be something in those lines...
Someone else will know for sure.

I tried that with no luck also.  I can't remember either. It has happened on my GC and MCP as well but i was able to see a tiny dot on my screen and resize it. lol

Rob,

If the CDU.ini file doesn't solve it, for WinXP, right mouse click the icon(s) before starting the program(s) and look for the line with ( i think called open or run) minimized, maximized, etc. Set this setting to Maximized. This can also be used to find the folder of said icons(s), by using find target.

For Win7 it's slightly differently, but can't get that right now...on the IPad at the moment. It shouldn't be that much harder though.

Yep same thing happened to me for the GC. Im not sure what Enrico did to these latest builds but there is quite a few of us long time users that now have this problem. My first work around was to use the w key to maximize the screen which worked but had to be done everytime I started PM.Then using another computer to fully see the screens I maximized the window to the where I needed them to be, closed and then restarted.
So far so good. Hope something similar can work for you as Enrico has no idea what he changed to cause it other than trying  StartElec=off in the your pfd.ini file

thanks guys for the help.  I got it working by setting the ini file to use opengl and it started working ok after that.  Strange indeed.
