Weber Seats

Could someone with old style Weber seats please let me know the dimensions of the seat cushion. My seat cushions are not original and have never fitted properly and it has been suggested that memory foam and cutting up a sheepskin mattress cover will do the trick. I do not however have the dimensions of the cushion.  height, width, depth, size of yoke cutout etc.

Not sure how 'old' my Weber seats are but they look like an old style. It's very hard to get exact dimensions for the cushions without removing the cushion covers as the covers are very tight & the edges are rounded by the covers, so here is a reasonably close set of dimensions but definitely not exact.

Also they seem to be between 4 & 4.5" thick.
