oh yeah . . I remember the tinsel having a unique smell . . had forgot about that!  Christmas has to be my favorite time of year as well.  Getting flightsim parts at Christmas is probably as close as any of us "adults" will ever get to the feeling we had as kids at Christmas.     ;D

I couldn't agree with you more Shane.  The worst part is after you open the sim parts, is not being able to go "Play" with them until after all the family crap is done and over with :)

You know Trevor, I can relate to where you are coming from in your statement. I think what you really meant to say (in case our wives are reading) was that, it's hard for you to contain your excitement over working on the sim during the off time of Christmas holidays, what with all the visiting family, etc. and you are anxious to get started on that new part, or actually...flying for a change. I know the feeling- but everytime my biggest distraction smiles at me (my recently turned 1 year old little girl) I have to remind myself that I am lucky to have found a girl that wanted to marry me, in laws that love me too, and that at least I have all of you guys to help out on the sim via the forums and phone calls! Then I remind myself that Im not in a race to finish the sim....unless it's to show off for family when they come over for Christmas in 3 weeks. CRAP! Three weeks! I better get busy!!!!

(this is my life- calming myself over and over only to get worked up again when I dont get any sim building time! ;-)
