Jack, we had those in our old Thomas cook 757's so keep an eye out for 757 cockpits or bits as these are the same

I'm sure we've discussed this before, but my memory escapes me!

Please remind me, I'm guessing this timer's not for checking when your eggs are done?

Haha Sean no, its a standard timer. Just turn to time and it countsdown. It's because the original 757/67's didn't have a speed tape on the hsi so they were installed with that timer too.

They were handy for basically any reminder ...switching fuel tanks...anti-snooze...time to TOD..etc  when pilots, not computers, were still in charge .
Besides they did'nt need any AC or DC!
They were also on some AF 742
No real formal use in the sim..just nostalgia. :D

Didn't have one of those from our tear down. Have a part number? Could be cheap to find for you.

Unfortunately no.
I could resort to a close looking egg timer but..nahh!
:D
If you ever see one...Justin Case.

Jack/Chris,

Keep an eye on the 757/767 as like I said more common there than on the 737's.

Other thing I can suggest is the timer on one of the plug things to turn lights on and off etc, basically the same thing!
