Greetings everyone who reads this.

I'm Raymond and, as you can see, I live in Moline, IL. I'm a perpetual student pilot (aren't we all a student always?) and have been simming since the late 80's. Yes, that's right. We're talking Flight Simulator by SubLogic for the Commodore64.

All I can say is my, my, my how the hobby has only become better!

Anyway, I was inspired to begin my own flight deck after watching the Norwegian 737 Project on YouTube. Hence, I'm here to soak up all the knowledge I can and get any questions answered along the way.

I've decided to go with the 737 as my first sim (I have others planned for the future) due to the availability of parts and such.

I'm married and have 2 young girls, whom I look forward to watching them at the controls once the sim is complete.

If I forgot to mention anything, please ask anything you may be wondering about me. Nothing is off limits as long as it isn't NSFW.

Hello Raymond... Sorry to see you have made it here!  Just kidding but... This is sickness and it never goes away. Many of us have tried walking away from it but alas... 737 is a great bird. Ask questions and do as you say, soak it all in... Glad to have you here!

Welcome!  I'm jealous.  You really do have the ability to take a trip to see Scott.  If you want to really see the ins and outs of building a 737...  he can show you.

I've been trying to work a layover through Chicago for years!
