SO the builders have been working the past two days in rain and managed to frame up through the second floor.  June 5th is the move in date now.

That third bay in the garage is the future home of the sim.  I had to give up the basement to a Home Theater and Bar, but I got my Kegerator and 130" Cinema Scope screen so I'm OK with that.

Many things going..!!
What are your wet dreams made of...reading a good flight manual by the brand new fireplace or firing  up Engine two

must be exciting anyway!
Cheers.

Holy crap John, you must be quite happy with that.  How did you convince the Mrs to allow you to "modify" the house for the added SIM Bay?  Nice stuff..

Hopefully they won't push the date back on you.  Good Luck.

PS..  Who wouldnt love to curled up next to a kegerator LOL..

I think she is  just happy to have the sim out of the bedroom :).

12 x 20 third bay with 10.5ft ceilings and a separate door option was only $8k.  Will have some dedicated circuits run there.  One up to cover the PJ's, one on back wall for the PC's and other gear.

Now maybe I can run a separate beer tap up there before they close it all up :)

Wonder how long time it takes before your cars is parked outside ;D

Nice place John. You have something great to look forward to. If you play your cards right, you dont have to help putting pictures in place when you are moving in. Flowers... nice words.. and something else... and off you go to get the sim installed  ;D

I am interested in that "keg"erator also. Beer cooler?  :idiot:
