Hello!

I'm Sam, I'm 15 and an avid Flight Simulator enthusiast. I've been playing for a while and to add a little realism to my experience I've decided to add a throttle quadrant, second monitor and two keyboards with stickers for buttons.

I'm building the throttle quadrant myself and that's the main reason I joined the forum.

So, hey!

Welcome Sam,
This is definitely the place you wanna be in.

Good luck with the TQ build.

Cheers Sam!

I agree with Anders. This is the perfect place to be. If you check out XOrionFE (Scott's) youtube videos you will see he put together an beautiful quadrant from real parts.  My advice is to look at pictures, research your materials and go to it. There are lots of knowledgeable people on here that can point you in some really good directions. Good luck with your build and look forward to seeing how you make out.

I'll check those videos later! My quadrant is going to be very basic to begin with just to test the idea. If it goes well I'll make it look better but I want to get the functionality first.

Welcome Sam, nice to see another Brit entering this madness...

For the Throttle Quadrant you might have a look at the site below. Amazing work and where I got the details for my own TQ.
