Thought I'd check out this site, mainly for a 'change of scenery', but also because there aren't enough 'pit building sites on the web!

Well done for setting this up Trevor  (at least I think it was Trevor, he he  ;))

Hi Ian!

Thanks for the kind welcome! There are quite a few familiar faces, so to speak, so I'm looking forward to my stay here   ;D

How are you getting on with that Revolution throttle? It looks the bee's knees, I'm very jealous! Hopefully I'll be getting one once Sim Avionics work it into their software... (and when I've saved up the cash as well  ::) )

Bob Reed

Hi Ed. Old? Now careful with that one!! Oh and welcome!

Well, I'm not that old really. But I certainly feel old at times!

Well done with the site Trev, I had a trawl round earler and it looks superb. It's great when someone has the get up and go to do something like this. Sometimes it's hard to build a pit and post stuff on a site, let along create one! So hats off to you mate. I'm sure it will eb a roaring sucess

Cheers Ed..  As far as all of us are concerned As long as everyone here has Fun, and no BS. Then it is worth ever hour I have put into it.  So far, everyone seems to love it :)

On another note..  Hows the Sim coming?

That's exactly what I'm here for, a good bit of fun  And if I can help anyone out along the way, then even better! (although it is usually me asking all the questions  ;))

The build is coming along nicely. I have a bit of a strange GA/737 mix going on at the moment on my desktop, mainly because I'm limited to a small space. I'm hoping to move house next year and the plan is to have some loft space or a spare room to build both a GA pit and a 737 pit. Nothing mosterous, but two small-ish sized pits. That's the plan anyway!

The next few items on the shopping list are a 737 TQ and an Engravity CDU   8)

LOL, Just by being here Ed, your helping.

Sounds like your project is coming along, if you have a 737/GA Hybrid and your still flying and happy, then that's all that matters.

When you get time, I would love to see a pic.  In the mean time..

This Pint is for you..
