Before i make the big job of handsaw my steel pipe i would take input of how long you made the rudder pedal arms for all uou who made custom rudders from OEM pedals.

I prob will go for height from floow to pedals bottom line - 5 cm so i can make adjustments.

How long did you make your arms?

I am testing with 21cm of length for each arm.

I made mine slightly lower than that (see attached) but it was a calculated size derived from a set of real pedals, (just the pedals).

So 198mm not a mile away.

Thats really pro setup Joe. I will try to replicate this.

Dis you remove the green OEM shafts that was attached on the pedals. I also have OEM pedals but the shafts have bewn cut.

I would like to remove them to save space.

And also Joe. Do you have anymore pictures of the pedal shaft that is attached to your steel arms? :)

Thanks Guys, I must admit the overall design was not mine, but I adjusted it a bit to suit my pedals.

Yes Kurt I removed the original shafts they had been cut off at the inner end anyway. I made a pair of shafts from Aluminium rod, they were threaded both ends and machined to fit into the upright sections with the threaded portion stepped to pass through the outer wall but then captured inside the rectangular section. I hope that makes sense?
