Hi Fellow Builders,
I old the old CPflight MCP 737 EL with RS232 connection. I have tried the latest FW on the Cpflight site but it causes digits to flash and not make any sense. I presume, the FW is not compatible. Does anyone know where i might find older FWs for this unit? I have installed 2.08 available here:http://www.737ng.co.uk/mcp.htm

but i think versions 3+ would also work well. Thanks Nick

It may seem obvious but have you asked CP Flight for the file?

Also from their documentation, flashing the wrong firmware can permanently damage the chip inside. Those more knowledgeable on Micro Processors may know different, just paraphrasing CP Flight!

Yes, go directly to the manufacturer.
I've always had good communication from CP Flight.
