Error on ATC startup Instructor Sation

Hey all, I am having a problem when i click the ATC-button on Luis Gordo's Instructor Station. It gives my the following error: Index was out of range. What is the solution?

EDIT: I can use the fs green line to give commands, but can't give synthetic voice. For futher info: My fs is on an win7 pc, and my IS on an XP, linked with WideFS.

Hi Awesomeblack,

I sent you a reply to the email you sent me.  This appears to be a Windows XP problem.  You need to have Microsoft .NET 4.0 installed, and Windows XP with SP3.
