Hello,

New builder here, B738 in planning stage but building a shack to house the sim first.

Anyway, reading Joe Lavery's article in PC Pilot about building a B737 cockpit. I am planning to buy the Hispapanels FMC, use a Sony PS1 screen and thought I would use the Maurice Moroz PCB; unfortunately I cannot track down Maurice. I believe he is an Australian supplier. Anyone have a Website address please?

Also, best (cheap) source for PCBs for mounting 7 segment LEDs.

Thanks in advance.

Best

David,

Thanks for taking the time to point me in the right direction.

Much appreciated.

Hi Dave,

Since writing the article I've built a second CDU using the Open Cockpits kit. I have to say it goes together a little easier and of course the PCB from OC fits nicely with their USB Keyboard card. In fact for this unot I went the whole way and used their mounting kit as well; it saves a lot of design work.  ;)

Best of luck!

Regards

Joe.

Incidentally David (fordgt40), that link for Marius's circuit is dead, it takes you to some HostVoice website service.  :-\

All

Apologies, I checked the website, which exists and has prices for purchasing the pcb, however, I did not go further and that is when the link fails. Additionally, I missed an "m" off the end of the link address that was posted!

Will take 100 lines - I must do better in the future :)
