Its a test mode you can put the Display Units in from the MAINT page on he FMC. Works only on the ground.  All you have to do to exit the test is to press a key on the FMC. Displays then go back to normal.

Color choices are Red, Green, Blue.

Finished a KPHL leg last night and was having fun.. I like the look on passengers faces when they glace up there while exiting and see that lol
