Environment wave.

Hey Guys
My 737 sound file contains a wave called Environment.
Plays a nice buzz-wuzz-fan-whatever "ambient" sound, on top of the PM sound"Avionics" when the aircraft is parked with systems running before engine start.

Problem: there is also a bass rumble in it which plays too loud with my sound system woofer and ruins the effect. 

1) would you have a nice wav that I could try for that purpose
2) would it be possible to edit my wav and cut the rumble.?
I'm no expert at that.

may be a daft idea but cant u have the woofer only switched on when the engines are also on?

Hi Jack. I spent a fair amount of time working with NicD on a sound set which I am still trying to find. If I find it I will send it over. If you want to try and edit the wav file you have all you need is a sound program that will let you adjust the tone and remove all the bass from it, save it and give it try. Of course, before you change it make a backup so if you don't like the results you can start over.....

Jack, I put up a zip with 6 alternate cockpit background sounds. One of them might work for you. I hope that this helps, Charlie.
