I'll be in Europe for October and will miss Leylstad by a month - shame! I will be visiting Ian in Oswestry which will be great, I'll be able to teach him how to fly through the tower bridge upside down! BTW Ian, is there a B & B in Oswestry? I'll need to book one. I've booked a VW Passat whatever that is, aparently it doesn't have a 6 Litre V8 but it does have sufficient propulsion to get around England. I've heard I should bring my own petrol with me too, it's only 70P a litre here, ($1.28 ozzy).

Not this year. I was persuaded that my 737 is quite capable of doing Worldflight, which coincides with Lelystad, so I'll be off around the world.

You'll need to be quick to get a hotel room in Lelystad. Not sure about B&B's though.

And now for a late entry in the Lelystad stakes! I'm currently looking at representing the fine country of Aus at this years event.  Due to some late travel plans I hope to be getting to this years show so look forward to catching up with some other simmers also visiting.  Most likely staying in Amsterdam at this stage and training to Lelystad each day.

The norwegians are coming back this year as well. Think we're about 10 persons, most of them builders.
We are all staying in Harderwijk. More pubs there.
The norwegian builders are spread around the country and we use this occasion to have our "yearly meeting".
