Boeing and Airbus ( and other if you want...)styles:
Regards
Franck
Looks amazing (and welcome) as these are hard and expensive to get !
some tech details maybe...voltage, pinout
Jack
Thanks Jack
The leds work with 5v.
The printed circuit can work with the opencockpits cards style or similar with a common for the push button and can work with our I/O solution (all the grounds on a card.
You don't have to group your entries by group of nine like OC.....
The printed circuit have imbedded resistors and come with pins and connector.
And you can choose your text, color.........
Is that enough? ;)
Franck
Wow, very nice. Any idea on price point?
Hi Bob
Thanks!
Yes for the price, they are on my e-shop at 9.5€ per unit.
Edit:
Here they are: https://www.homecockpits.fr/en/home/225-korry.html (https://www.homecockpits.fr/en/home/225-korry.html)

Franck
Hi everybody
A little update on my korrys.
a special treatment on the windows which allows to see the writings only when they are backlit.....
Franck
Franck,
The Korry's look amazing.
Is the "special treatment" a trade secret?
I'm about to engrave the face panel for my 737 warning six pack which should also only be visible when lit, any tips will be appreciated.
Thanks
Paul

Hi Paul
Unfortunately....yes it's a secret.
It's a lot of try and research for this result......
You can try with smoked film for cars windows but very difficult to not have 'air bubbles".....
Thanks, tint film was my plan but I was hoping for a better solution.
I understand that you wish to protect your time and investment.

The "special treatment" is to engrave the back of the panel rather than the front as most do.
Use frosted acrylic, paint the back black and reverse engrave through the black paint. You can still see the writing if you look closely, as indeed is clearly shown in Fcoq's images. 8)
Joe :2cw:
Cool idea Joe. Thanks for sharing!
I'm going to make some generic panels for my IFR training sim and I'll definitely try your suggestion. Thanks!

Joe, you're right :)
Painted at the back,
Engraved as miror,
It's not a secret............... ;D
But that's make this result....... :)

Boeing MCP model.....
Franck
I am wondering if you could PM me with a price to build an overhead.. Looking for a simple black with provisions for me to be able to backlight it.
The main panel should be 470mm X 305mm with the actual opening being 25.4mm from the front of the panel (Closest to the power gauges) and being 381mm X 222.25mm.
Please see the attachments.
Thanks,
Trev
Hi Trevor
PM sent :)
I just wanted to let everyone know that I can recommend Francks work, I had him build me a couple of custom panels, one of them from a pencil drawing of mine! The quality is excellent, and his attention to getting everything right is attested to by many many emails back and forth to make sure all dimensions were correct and even supplied a computer generated image of what the panel should look like before me giving the ok to go ahead.
Steve
Can you share any pictures of your custom panel?
Hi Steve
Thanks for your feedback!!
If you want you can give your feedback on the product detail on the E-shop!
Best regards
Franck
Behind my cockpit sits a passenger section with galley, one row (each side) of business class seats, overhead lockers, passenger service units with lights and window panels ( all from a retired 737-200 opposite the galley I have the Lh side exit with a flight attendant seat (home built) and pa phone so I thought a flight attendant station would look neat, also serves as a dimmer for the cabin lighting and PA it bears no resemblance to any real panel, just something I dreamt up on paper, and Franck made it happen!
If you'd like to see more, I have a Facebook page with lots of pics. (Disregard some of the holiday aircraft snaps
My Facebook page is: western flightdeck simulators
My apologies I can't seem to get the picture attached, but there on my page
Steve
Steve your sim is simply crazy!!!!!!
I put the pictures for you....
I think I just fell on the floor and hit my head... that's absolutely the best thing I have seen in a long time.
Thanks for sharing

The King Air with its turbines is probably the best airplane for a Simmer, basically as sophisticated as an airliner, fly over the weather and usable on all kind of runways...plus the charm of analog indicators.
Nice MIP . Should be a riot once populated with Flightillusion gauges!!!
;)
