Title: Modified CPFlight MCP
Post by: Raymondvanderploeg on July 21, 2010, 04:35:26 AM
Hi All,

I'm the owner of the first version of CP Flight MCP (RS232), this one had standard red digits. I did a little conversion and changed them into amber/yellow colour.

Here the result:

Ooooo  thats an interesting MOD.  I also have this unit and never thought about the conversion.  Could you tell me what 7-Segment displays you replaced them with?  Common anode or Common Cathode?

Perhaps you have a part #

Hi Raymond,

Nice conversion!
I found them after some research at Open Cockpits store now for 1€ each.

Best,
