Top notch as always.  Watching your hands, you could have been a surgeon.  Beautiful.

I have built my first gauge. This time the single needle fuel temperature gauge. I will show you an easy way to build own gauges at home.

Extraterra

I have finished the bus panel of my Boeing 737-800 overhead.  small and easy to build panel. Also a good starting point when you want to build your own overhead.

Today I present you the fuel panel. A big twi colored panel including my first homemade single needle gauge.

Hello Michael,

I am so impressed by your ingenuity and capabilities in designing and constructing assemblies for your 737 Sim.  Really nice work!   Equally impressive is your skill in constructing your own CNC machining capability.  Your skill, attention to detail, and your profound patience has demonstrated you to be a top-notch Cockpit Builder.  Congratulations on all that you have done with your Sim Project.

Not only that, but your skills in producing and documenting your Sim Project is really good.  It's very kind of you to take the time and effort to make such videos.  The content and quality of your videos are excellent!  Keep up the good work!

Best Regards,
Mike

Today I present you the build process of a dual needle gauge.

The air conditioning panel is finished and connected. This time I'm using an additional Arduino Pro Micro.

The pneumatic panel is finished. I present you a new methode of making two colored panels and install the dual needle gauge that I have built before.

Mickey...

I always get excited when I see one of your new video posts!

Your craftsmanship is excellent of course, as are your educational communication skills.

If I may ask...I am curious regarding what your day job profession is???

I finished the central panel of my overhead. This also brings dimmable backlight to all existing panel segments.

Extraterra

After the videos about the single and dual needle gauge it was time for the ultimate overhead panel section that combines both of them.
The pressurisation panel has two gauges. One of them is a big dual needle one.

Finally I have finished the lights panel including the most challenging part of it - the self returning start switches.

Some new sections of the overhead are closed now. I made a dome light and all the empty covers of the lower and aft overhead.

Extraterra

The ELT & LE Devices Panel is finished. I haven't soldered in so many LEDs before. But now a firework of lights goes on every time the flaps are moving.

Great video as always.  Your professionalism in making these videos and your ability to teach is only exceeded by the quality of your workmanship.

Thanks for posting.

After I started the work for the electric panel of my overhead, it is finally finished. The main problem was to make the pcb for the 14 7-segment displays. But more about this long story in the video.
Because you have to order some copies of the pcb, I have some left over here. So if anyone of you is building this panel using my files, I can offer you one of these for 8 EUR excluding the sjipping costs. Just send me a message with your destination if you are interested. I have four pieces left over.

Extraterra

Finally a knew panel section is finished. Today I present the build of the Engine & Oxygen Panel.

Mickey,

You are an exceptional Sim Builder.  It's amazing to see your progress, the level of detail, and your attention to detail.   Bravo!

Because the construction of my IRS panel takes a bit longer I switched over to the "Flight recorder, airspeed & stall warning test" panel.

Hey Everyone,

If you're looking to do your own B737 panels on a CNC or Laser Cutter/Engraver, checkout Mickey's website. You can become a member for €45.00 and access all his files in DXF format, as well as other files.

Plus, any future files he makes you'll have access too them as a part of your lifetime membership! I joined up and downloaded everything as I plan to try my hand at making some panels...the easy ones...lol!

Any hoot, check out his website and watch his YT videos; especially, the videos because he shows how to make the panels from the very same files you'll get from the membership....

PS I am not affiliated with Mickey in any way, just wanted too share that I purchased/joined his website. 😁
