Well I felt it was time to move away from the "start" of my B200. More work done on the sim, sort of. MIP is going to get done this weekend. I have spent the last couple days working on the computers for the sim. Made good progress today. Giving thought about the TQ. Need to get that done. I see air time soon in the my own 200!! Woot!!

Trevor Hale

Congrats Bob.  I can't wait to see this progress.  Its been so long since you have been flying.  I am eager to hear you go from airplane noises to actual engines.

I would absolutely LOVE to have a turboprop sim! I really enjoy short hops and low alt flying lately. Looking forward to your updates.

I should probably clarify I am not building the MIP. But I sure am anxious to get it and install it! Lots to come. May work on extending the yoke tubes this weekend and then I am all set for installing the MIP.

Bob Reed

The MIP is close! Wow!

Well the MIP is done and on it's way. This weekend I will see what I need to do with the yokes. I am going to have to extend them about 6 to 8 inches. THat should not be too hard to do. I think I have one here I can copy.

I am not sure yet. I think the radios are built into the Avidyne avionics.

Bob Reed

Mike, they look great! I can't wait to test fly them!

Trev,
They better work! Im sure Bob will let me know if they dont lol. Kiddin aside, im i the process of finishing up version 1 of the king air gauges. If you want to do some testing ill be happy to send them to you (or your friend lol)
From that point ill be making gauges pretty much on request or whatever i feel like doing at the moment.  If anyone has any ideas pass them over.

Just a update. I am still waiting for the MIP to arrive. Should be here end of next week. Right now I am trying to decide the best way to modify my yokes. I have a couple possibilities. Can't go too far until the MIP is here so I can get the distance I need to extend them. Interfaces are all ready to go. Still not sure what to do with the TQ either. May take it to a friend's and see what he recommends. But progress is moving. I want to fly this thing in the worst way.  :P

Bob Reed

Well the MIP is here WOOT!!!!! And just as soon as the guys deliver my new dryer so I can get my room back together, I will start a rough fit with pics! I am excited!
