I should have known that this topic could degenerate into a horse meat discussion. It was so obvious  ::)   But who knows now where this might end up... cooking tips for road kill maybe?  ;D

I feel SO guilty now for leading this thread astray... we really need someone to start a thread to gauge opinion on hijacking threads.... :D

Oh...It just occurred, my Grandmother used to sing "There's a Bridle Hangin' on the Wall" all the time when she was cooking dinner....I shudder to think now......

fsaviator

HA... caught you hijacking a thread, Darryl. :idiot:

OH SHoneT.......sorry everyone.

I had an uncle who used to hijack threads...I hated that man. He also used to have a very nice little chestnut hack with a lovely temperament. I remember this one time......

If everyone else will forgive the quick diversion from topic...

Sean, that would be Geordie Corned Beef? I had some of that once at that Perrett character's place.

YES PLEASE!!!!!

Maurice

I always wondered (well not really) whether Corned beef was made out of corn and beef or whether it indicated a corn only diet for the cattle. So many mysteries  :-\ ...flight simulation is child's play by comparison  ;D

I'm really getting worried about you lot, that glue sniffing will eventually do you damage...

My uncle's chestnut hack went for glue...at least I think so...maybe grandma got her??

"Surprise Stew" anyone?

DarrylH

Maurice...

Take one rabbit, properly flattened. Garnish with wild oat stalks and season with gravel.

Cook over a mild flame for 1 hour or until crisp....

(may substitute gelding steaks for rabbit)
