Revolution Throttle manager software ?

Dear all,

I have a Revolution Simproduct motorized TQ (white pro line) in 1.7 version but I have some problems:

I need the "Revolution Throttle manager setup" software for my TQ installation and callibration.
Where can I download this software ? I don't find this installer on the Revolution Simproduct Website.
Someone can send me this software (zip file) ? or a link to download?

Note: I tried to ask this software to Eren but I have no reply... I must find another solution.
