CP flight Pedestal connection to MCP EL

Got the MCP El working. 
Just added the complete Pedestal. 
What is the best way to connect:

I did buy the trim737 and brt737.  I am having connections issues the displays for the numbers worked for a sec then turned off?  Also the rudder panel display does not work?  I have the mcp connected through the dimmer module?  What is the flood dimmer for?  Also the panel dimmer does not dim al together.  It randomly dims panels at different levels.  Should it dim all together?

Do I need to add any drivers for the fire panel or pedestal modules other then the mcp el?
