It is awesome,  it does have a little chip missing out of the bottom corner and between the power levers though LOL.

I've been meaning to re-work my TQ and this is enough of an incentive. Looks like this can be backlit as well which will really add to the realism. There are some substantial pieces broken off but nothing that can't be fixed or made to look 'normal'.
