Does anyone know the dimensions for this handles?
I am trying to make them?
Are they spring loaded?

They are fixed no springloaded, as far as I can remember.

No they are not spring loaded

But they do have a slight click in the mid position

I just bought one on Amazon that looks very similar and has 4-inch width. It is made by Unicorp. I am convinced it is very close to original. I had looked for many months and finally bought from Amazon to match a 4-incher I had from an old Military test box. This is a great thread with the pics you all have posted.
