I'm part way through my conversation from desk to SST.

I've positioned 2 x 19" screens around 20cm from my 737 yoke column and they are around 600mm high (to the bottom of the monitor) but when sitting in my seat a fair amount of the PFD is obscured by the yoke.  I use the Prosim PFT panels which just look like the MIP but guess to fit these on 2 x 19" wide screen displays I have to shrink them down a bit so I could be losing some of the PFD there.

Looking at pictures on the internet it would appear that is the case but without sitting in a properly sized or original cockpit I can't say for sure.

Can anyone share a picture of what they see at eye level when sat in the captains seat?

I know the height of the person will vary this but I am about 5'8".

Hope you can help to I can raise the screens a bit if required.

Clearly, the yoke should not obscure the PFD

Other relevant setup dimensions can be found here

Hope this helps
