Hi everybody

Some more pictures of my little work:

I have interfaced the original throttle with FDBus system cards.
For the throttle axis i put 2 potentiometers on the existant axis of the throttle.

Some parts for the interfacing of the trim wheels was made with 3D printer.

I replace the old bulbs lamps with new ones for the backlight. (5V bulbs lamps)

And make my own panels for the pedestral with a cnc machine.

Sorry,i don't know how to insert picture in the post, only in attachments......

Cheers

The panels look so real. Nicely done! what will be your plan to interface them?

Fcoq

Thanks Perry

The mcdu would be plug and play.
For the ACP just push buttons and sioc in first time.

Thanks

Goodenough

Interesting!
Are you familiar with simulator solutions they developed the SimStack MCDU Conversion Kit (which is used to produce their SimStack MCDU).  The conversion kit sells for US$550 per unit and contains all the parts necessary to convert your existing MCDU.

I ordered a custom panel from Franck for my 787 TQ and got it from France in 3 days.
High quality engraving and perfect dimensions.
This is an opportunity to get custom work done fast when needed,  for standard aircrafts ( Boeing/Airbus) as well as for generics.
