Raising the horizon in p3d v3

Hi
I am trying to raise the horizon in p3d while in 2d cockpit but nothing works. Any help here ?

In panel.cfg of the airplane
VIEW_FORWARD_DIR=-1.000, 0.000, 0.000
If you increase the first value you increase the horizon. In my need 2 is ok instead of -1!
