CP Flight WXR Panel / Cargo Fire panel questions

Hey guys, running FSX-SE, Project Magenta and have the CP Flight MCP Pro with WXR and Fire Panel connected. For some odd reason the Cargo Fire Aft Arm button sends pause (P) command to the sim.

Prior this on the WXR panel there was a small white square button that was assignable to any function you would want and I am fairly sure that is where pause used to be. I would like to make an assignment there for a key board press.

I contacted CP Flight for assistance and they said they don't know and seek PM for help. Tried PM but no reply so far, can anyone help me out? Ive looked and looked and cant find anything on how to set any instructions on the CP equipment.

I don't own any cp flight equipment but if its sending a keystroke directly to FSX then wouldn't it be possible to just change the key assignments directly from within the controls/button key presses page or via Fsuipc?
In the PM manual there should be a list of keystrokes/offsets also. As I have never used cp flight equipment Im just guessing here.

FSUIPC doesnt see it as a button though. I can press anything on the CP Flight gear and its not being seen by FSUIPC or yes I would of done that. I am not sure how this even got set as so, no clue where to look to change it either...

Did you by chance recently update your PM programs or any Windows updates? If so, that could be where the changes started. Therefore, either rollback your files or you hunt the problem down.

My questions:

1. In between my finger pointers, you will see the CargoPause= ...is yours On or Off?
2. Does your CPFlight MCP work normally right now?
3. What is your number for CPFlightComm= ...port number?
4. Your FSUIPC interface screen is not going too see these buttons, but FSUIPC is there in a different way, did you checkout the link I posted in the previous reply?
5. The small white button on the WXR panel that was assignable before, how did you assign it in the past...what method?

That is about as much as I can say, without seeing your files. The main thing is, if everything was working and it changed, we need too find out what cause the change along with fixing it; otherwise, this will happen again and could be much worse.

Okay now that we know this, my actual plan was to use the white button on wxr radar to send a key press of CTRL+SHIFT+A to clear UT2 traffic. Is this possible at all

Secondly I have never been able to fully trust the PM AutoPilot so I use the default for  now, what are the best values to get realisitc AP operation where it doesn't hunt the localizer or oscollate up and down on the GS?

Right now for best results I am using the FS Autopilot as well. The PM Autopilot just hunts way too much.
