Real Boeing 737 yoke handle wiring

Gwyn, do you know the voltage for the 3 switches?
I assume 12V?
1   ELEVATOR TRIM     
   Boeing wiring harness colors   Simulator Function        Comments
   White/Red                                Common   
   White/Orange                           Trim "Down"   
   White/Black/Orange                  Trim "Up"   
   White/Violet                             *Not used*        Makes with White/Red - both directions

2   PTT ROCKER SWITCH

   White/Grey                                   Intercom                     Bottom trigger
   White/Red/Black                           Mic                              Top trigger

3   AUTOPILOT DISENGAGE (3 pairs)

Voltage should not matter, as 90% of IO cards inputs are grounded to switch them.

These switches are all rated at a minimum of 28v, so any IO card will work fine.

ok..Does anyone know where  the mic & intercom prosim assignments are?

I would be very interested if you could post a schematic of your wiring here as I am completely confused on the PTT wiring.
I also want the intercom and Transmit functions separated in Prosim.
Any chance you could sketch out a diagram of your yoke wiring when completed????

There aren't any.  Prosim does not handle radio transmit or intercom functions as FSX/P3D does not either.
You would need to use Vpilot/SB/FSInn etc  or other 3rd party software / hardware for mic transmit & intercom
