Curious what Tillers are out there

Hey guys I am curious what some of you use for your tiller setups. I am looking for a desktop mount version if possible and looking for ideas or if something already exists. I am currently using a joystick as tiller that is left handed style.

I used a joystick for years even in a full DSTD.
Tiller is only used for sharp turns on Taxiways
Once lined up on the runway full rudder inputs at the beginning of the run are better (avoid zigzagging) than tiller.

Real tillers are expensive and you will have to build a self centering  mechanism.
My 2cents: For a desktop sim, stay with your joystick

I use a ps2 steering wheel. With a ps2 to usb adapter. I'll post a pick tonight. Works great and cost about 20 dollars total.
I opened it up and drilled out holes for bolts to mount to my makeshift side wall.

That is not only ingenious, but it actually gives you some added capability!!  Functionally it is no different than the two $150+ tillers out there, and you don't even need a pot!  Nice!  These things are dirt cheap too!

Absolutely. The thing self centers. Calibrates as a tiller in fsuipc and all of the buttons are assignable. I did remove the force feedback motor though. I found it a tad annoying.
To be fair this is not my idea. I read about it some years ago. Can't remember where.

I just found one of those on eBay (cheap), while it's being sent can you tell me what the USB adaptor looks like, there are a few different ones on eBay.

Sure. It is a ps2 to usb adapter.
Got them both on ebay as well.
