With some excellent Deals I got on Newegg....
I Bought a new i7 8700K System.... OUCH!
Now I have to go through the pain of Re-installing everything all over again..
I must be a sucker for Punishment.
Why do we do this to ourselves...?

I was thinking at least a case :)  But Good Plan..  Just have to wait for the parts to show up..  (With our Postal strike I will be lucky if it all gets here by 2020) LOL

And I just bought ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1080Ti AMP Edition 11GB for $1059 CDN.

Looks like it was last new 1080ti card available for such price anywhere...
Replacing my MSI 980Ti 6GB.  :idiot:

I just pulled the trigger on the exact same hardware minus the case and hd. I have the GT 1070 video card which will go into this build. Ya should be fun rebuilding all the software from scratch...lol  :o

GyverX

??? Didnt you just rebuild that last week Bob?

The hard drive? I cloned it. So I have the old one still sitting there. I only want to be able to copy some of the files off from it.

It's Worldflight's fault.  I'm in the same boat - I just bought three GT1080 Darbees, and I'm shopping for a GPU as I type this.

Itching for a GTX1080i and may have to buy a whole computer just to make the cost worth it.  Newegg has some nice Cyber Monday deals for whole systems that have a 1080i in them.

P3D is next.  I'm also rebuilding by screen.  thanks WF2018 ;D
