Piper Aztec PA23-250 (Help Needed)

I'm in a need of little help from somebody with access to Piper PA23 250 Aztec.
I've recently acquired an old FNPT2 simulator, build upon this particular model.
However, after a few tens of hours working on the refurb, I realized that the seating position feels way off from natural. Yokes and the panel are really high up as well as the rudder pedals being set quite far away from the seat.

This build of a full-scale home cockpit is my life long dream so I obviously want to get it right. I would like to verify a few of the dimensions from the real thing if possible.
Unfortunately, there isn't too much information about Aztec on the internet as this kind of aircraft seems to be endangered species nowadays:)

Any help or advice would be very appreciated.

Panels are usually fairly high in that generation of AC (even in a 172 !)
It does not answer your question but my 2 cents is to make it so that you feel comfortable flying it for hours, and fit to your own body measurements.

Jay, I'm like you - I want to build my sims to full scale and replicate the real aircraft. Here is a link that you could follow if you want to buy the PA-23 parts manual and use the drawings to get scale.

GlobalAir.com has the overall dimensions for all the Piper aircraft and the interior dimensions of the Aztec (later model I think) and the Seneca are identical.  If you are interested in using a Seneca as the base platform for your planning, there is an excellent resource both on YouTube and Facebook showing the construction of a beautiful Seneca simulator.  Here is a link:  https://www.facebook.com/Piper-Seneca-V-Simulator-209186236194797/   If you find a head on view of both actual panels you should be able to infer the actual dimensions of the Aztec by comparing it to the Seneca by measuring standard instruments to establish a scale.

Thank you very much for your replies guys.
I forgot to mention I live in the UK. Does anybody know if there are any Aztecs here?
Or any kind of register where I could find and contact the owner?

I also live n the UK and have a PPL.

The CAA keep a register of all G- aircraft, I did a search and there are no Aztecs listed but there are 35 PA23 listed.
You can contact any of the owners who are listed in the register, but only by address. Unless you can track down a phone or email from the address only.
