Lots to learn about this new aircraft. Anyone have a tutorial on landing the thing? It comes in hot!

Tonight comes the big move. I am going to move the "desk" (it's on wheels pretty easy) back to the wall behind it, move my screen to the wall the sheet is on and see what I can do with my WXGA projector. For now it will only be one view but it will be a big improvement! Pics to follow!

Well the brunt work is done and I have all the computers set back up. Pretty happy with what I have. Not sure I am going to be able to get very good pictures because I have moved the "cockpit" pretty close to the wall behind it. We will see.

Hello Bob !
I´m fine..Thank you !
Good to hear that you still go for B200.
I have a very god setup with FS9 - Aeroworx B200 - and all you can dream off addons...and it look´s absolut fantastic.
I risk to say.... Better than FSX....or as good as FSX...PLEASE do not kill me !!!!  :)

I also bought XP10 for testing.

My first interest was how did my PC perform with XP10.. No problems !
What about GoFlight modules ... No problems with plugin. http://www.xpluginsdk.org/goflight.htm (http://www.xpluginsdk.org/goflight.htm)
What about XPUIPC ....No problems  !! http://www.tosi-online.de/XPUIPC/Home.html (http://www.tosi-online.de/XPUIPC/Home.html)
What about converting FS senerys to XP10... Have done a few test... with success ! http://marginal.org.uk/x-planescenery/tools.html (http://marginal.org.uk/x-planescenery/tools.html)
What about Stand alone gauges on a another PC via XPUIPC.
I have made a test with some freeware gauges like these http://www.thegaugesfactory.org/index.php (http://www.thegaugesfactory.org/index.php) works perfect !
and I am sure gauges from Flyware will work perfect too http://cockpitsolutions.com/ (http://cockpitsolutions.com/)

Now you linked me to http://www.flythissim.com/ (http://www.flythissim.com/)
And it seems to be perfect for me ! C172 and B200  in the basic package !

Finally my question to you is..
Does the Gauges from flythissim respond to Goflight modules with the Goflight plugin mentioned  ???
If you have not tested it ..would you please do it ? and tell me ?

Otherwise I have to buy the flythissim gauges ..just to test..  ( I AM NOT RICH )  :)

Best regards

Bjarne  :)

THere is a freeware one out there for X Plane, I almost think it is for 9 but I was using it in 10. Now I am using the one that comes with the Fly This Sim software. I will be testing the other one again in a day or so, so I can give you a little more data on it.

Bjarne, read the docs the models are there for all the aircraft panels that are included in that package. It does not install them you have to do that. Just give the docs a scan.

Hi Bob
I have scanned the docs. and can´t find anything about aircraft to install.
Nor is there any folder in the download with any aircraft.

I think that the basic software do not include aircraft... only the basic software and panels for C172 and B200.

I see that when you buy extra add on product´s. like this http://www.flythissim.com/Analog_Turbine.html (http://www.flythissim.com/Analog_Turbine.html)

there is a text saying:
What's Include from FTS:  The analog panels for X-Plane are available for the following six Turboprop models.  EVERYTHING you see in the cockpit is included.  Some featured items:  two  FTS430W GPS.'s, the AvSimMap moving map,  and the STEC55X autopilot.   *  X-Plane flight model (.acf) included

That must be the reason... can you confirm that ?

Yes that is what I stated, you have to buy the Turbine/Jet add on to get the aircraft files. Sorry I did not make that clear but I do state that in those words a couple messages back....
