Just curious...
If non functional, why bother with the backpart (box)
Just the little round front part would do?

Good question Jack first idea was just to copy a piece of the back part so you keep some body to attache it to a panel and after some trial run's the result was not ok so descided to just copy the whole thing minus some parts that were removed or closed which did not need to be copied.
As you can see on the picture it is painted 2 tones and that is something that is deff. not nescesary so the final product will be like the picture but all black (obviously white value) and metal nut.

As each of us need two zillion of it, was just concerned with the wasted material (and $) invisible behind he CB panel.
But you know what your doing for sure.
Any rough estimate for a 50 lbs bag ?...lol

I am going to make some changes to the CB I think Jack is right the diff for me now is that I have some CB made so I can figure out on how to remake them so they will have less material wast.
I do however want them made looking professional instead of a half switch so will figure out on how I will do this. After reading jack's post I toke some made Cb's and looked at them and yeah out of one of those things I could make 3 or 4 smaller versions keeping production cost down which makes them cheaper.
Thanks Jack.
