help with cockpitsonic and xplane10

Hello, we are in process of change from fsx to xplane 10 in our simulator, we have this problem as you see in the video with flaps setting, ALL WORK PERFECT IN FSX, BUT NOT IN XPLANE,

from cockpitsonic they can´t help us....

any idea?

Can you put your example videos in YouTube instead? Dropbox is something I would not trust from strangers due to getting viruses...

Sorry to hear your having trouble but cockpit sonic in my experience just want you money. Last time I requested support they told me to F**K OFF. Not everything transfer's across to xplane from FSX you would have been better off going to Prepare3d to be honest.
