Anyway I have been neglecting it but I will work hard to be better about sitting in there when I have time. So drop in and say hi! It gets lonely!!   :idiot:

Dont know why when i click on it i get allsorts or warnings and stuff that makes me scream in a Homer simpson fashion and run off.

Something to do with security certificate bla bla bla, sorry im not web expert  :idiot:

I see you did figured it out. It is because it is a java application. We are going to change it.

Are there any profile settings or admin level permissions that might disable it?    I'm not seeing anything that looks like a chat option on the left side of the page.

I now see the chat option.  I can't test it now though, I'm only on a quick break at work.  I'll try to get on line this evening and see how it works.

Windows 7 and Firefox really doesn't like the chat... throws up security warnings due to some error that says it's unsafe.

Ignore the warnings it is because it is a java app we are working to change that. BUT if you want to go to the chat for now you must ignore the warnings.

Will be in the "Live Chat" room most of the day.

Maurice

Maurice, do you log in every time you visit or do you just stay logged in? If you stay logged in, try logging out and back in as your account is setup correct.
