Hi Craig,
I know you recently bought stuff from [BFF Simulations. Can you tell me how recently, as i am having difficulty in contacting Ian. This is very unusual for him. Hoping he is alright.

Just saw this!!
I have not had any contact with Ian because I have not had a need to yet. Just got the cards a couple of weeks ago.
I SURELY hope he is ok because I haven't even opened the package of cards up yet!
I will reach out to him also.

I have dealt with him many times over the last 8 years and he has always been very prompt in replying.

Ian responded to me this morning. He is well. He indicated that possibly your email went into spam and he does not check the spam folder all that often. Please send him another message or he is going to reach out to you soon.
