I am going to spend today dressing up the live streaming pages. We put them up in a hurry last year. Time to make them look pretty!

Trevor Hale

Great idea bud. Let me know if you need anything.

Any interest in Flight Crew Badges for this event?  I'd be glad to make them up (my treat)

I'd use the Wordlflight Team Logo, photo and Flight Crew in bold letters and of course your name.  If any one is interested I'll make up some samples, post them here and then make them up.

That's pretty neat. And if nothing else would make an awesome souvenir.

Yes I like this idea a lot and they look great!

geeman47

LOL Well I will need everyone's photo who will be flying,  and yes they are intended as a souvenir of the event.

On a side note, make sure you wear them at the hotel bar, order lots of drinks and tell everyone you are flying in 2 hours LOL   NOOOO, don't do that.

All you guys flying in the event can email the photos to me,  include the name you want on it.  If you want a nickname to like "Viper", "Crash" or mine "I can't find the center line" LOL  That's too long but you get the idea.

Good deal Frank on the pic.  Can you rent a Capt's uniform for the pic?  These days you have to be careful, somebody might call the Fed's on you (oh wait, they already know what we do thanks to the NSA LOL)

The sooner the better for sending me tho photos guys, I'll need to send them to the photo lab, get them returned to me and then I'll mail them to Sam (if that works for you Sam??)  This way the crews arriving for Day 1 of the event will have them because Mike & I are arriving a few days after the start.

Spent some time last night testing out the audio mixer, ambient sound via Microphone, ATC comms, Sim environment sounds and outputting that to multiple targets: Camera MIC input  & normal Line-out audio.

Everything works beautifully so we should be able to mix every audio source and send it to the media server. The mixer has a really handy effect called "Radio Voice" which mimics ATC voice comms in an aircraft. It can be added individually to any channel which in turn isolates it to just the ATC Comm channel.

In other words: COOL TOYS!

Trevor Hale

Ray, this sounds awesome..  Maybe you could send instructions and send it by fedex so we can have it for the whole thing.. :)

I am sooo excited about all of this the time just can't go by fast enough :)
