Ok guys, I have six, 8 1/4" x 8 1/4" x 5mm pieces of acrylic which I want to make into display bezels.

How would I setup my router so I can turn these square pieces of acrylic into display bezels? Basically, I want to know how to cut the interior and give the interior edge that angled look all display bezels have.

Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Youtube videos would be golden!

A worktop jig would be an ideal tool, make sure your router bit is also fitted with a collar and use a piece of wood below to stop breakout.

Also I would suggest practicing on a few first!
One wheel landings, tail scrapes... just doing my best!!
