I'm about to spray paint my MIP panels with latex based paint and I was wondering if I should add a bit of Minwax Polycrylic to the paint before spraying OR spray a layer of it after letting the paint dry OR not add polycrylic at all?

I have a less than a quart of polycrylic left and was wondering if I could use it for the MIP. It says Clear Satin on the can.

BTW, my MIP is made of 5mm acrylic...

Thanks for any help as always!

Not an expert at all but
Rule n°1
Always test whatever you want to apply on a sample of your acrylic, including final coat.
