Hi guys,

my frame is almost finished, job was hard and it will be soldered in the new few days.
Many thanks to Jack for his precious advices.

I had to get rid of some parts of the initial frame (equerre in french, don't know the english word for that).

Anway, as the pictures speak for themselves...

Hi guys,

After some troubles with my ovh construction, i've decided not to continue with the frame building. It turns out that after getting the frame soldered, some parts of the frame have moved and it means i have to rebuild again all the frame.

To avoid any more time and money loss, i've therefore proceeded to buy the OC frame and mount all the panels on it.

Pics speak better than words...

 :( ......Wise decision... ;D
There are so many things that can go wrong or interfere on the frame, as all panels are tight together and there is basically no play.
Plus the fact that even on the real unit some hardware (toggles or annunciators are real close to, if not touching, the frame.

Hi Guys,

I received my FDS SYS1X card a couple of week ago, since then, i've been stucked to wire my annunciators. I'm pretty proud to share with you some pics of my overhead not yet ready to go!  ;D

Pretty scary huh? first tests...

First bunch of cable. Looks better

Second bunch, OK.

Global overview, still a lot of work to do

With the day light, i'm concerned with luminosity...

By night, without backlight installed, despite some blue hot spots

Merci Jack!
No shell at this moment as i would like to build something flyable and the shell is an option for this but about to order the new FDS MCP plus EFIS.
