TQ conversion tips?

Hello,

I've become the proud owner of a 737-500 TQ which I hope to be collecting this weekend.

Although I've read through most of the forum posts here and blogs that I have found, does anyone have any tips, suggestion and advice as I embark on this project?

Use string pots worth every penny

You can buy kits for 40.00 or pre-made ones for 120.00

put a wood dowel thru center hollow bolt that all the levers are on when disassembling
allows easier viewing of spacers and location and orientation
