No smoking bell not working

Hi,

Running fsx & F1 Cessna citation Mustang I can't get the switch seat belts/no smoking to work.( doesn't bell )
It does, when I take an FSX plane, how can I go around this.
Assigning a button with FSUIPC don't work.

Is the a keyboard combination that will turn the seat belts and no smoking switch on within the Aircraft add-on? If so, assign that keyboard combination(s) in FSUIPC to a button or switch...
