I just got my rudder pedals from FBC and the right toe brake is spiking. When i go to calibrate them its not flush with the left brake its staying up about 1/3rd the way up causing my brakes in flight to jam on.

I have contacted FBC but hoping if anyone can tell me they can be fixed by me or do they have to go back?

I'm guessing you've calibrated them and are still having the 'spike' problem.

If they're new, this is something that FBC should be dealing with, as I'm assuming they have some sort of warranty on them.
If I were FBC, I'd want them back to fix it myself and see what went wrong to keep it from happening in the future.
