Hi Guys,

I have finalized the flight Schedule..  Please note: Depending on the situation if we get behind some flights may need to be scrubbed.  Please keep in touch with our operations Team if you are not going to be hanging around the facility when you aren't flying in case we need to scrub a flight.

Please see the attached file for Flight confirmations.

Hi Rob,

I believe the time change occurs during flight 1603. So it's departure should be at UTC -4, then arrival at UTC -5, for eastern time zone.

The UTC schedule should always be your reference.

Rob I had the time change figured into my flight schedule, however as always I have it backwards.  I need to update my schedule. I will try to do this this afternoon. Also I will try to add your new website address. Only thing was I was waiting for it to be announced active on the main WF website forum.

Congrats on the new site.  Great Content.  Looks really good.

I will add it to ours as soon as I can.

Obviously this event would not happen if we did not get the kind of enjoyment out of it that we all do.

However...Keep in mind that this is a charity event for a very worthwhile organization...All Children's Hospital.  In that regard I believe that we each have a responsibility to maximize this opportunity for fund raising.

So I encourage each of you to get the word out to your friends, relatives, bosses, subordinates, enemies, ex-wives etc. to solicit donations.

For example, I have emailed over 100 people about the event....explaining what WorldFlight is all about, posting the web link to our video streaming, and asking consideration of a donation.  I have included the specifics of my flight assignments and have promised a wave back if they text me during those flights.  I believe if we can get people to visit the live stream we should be able to rake in some extra cash.

I can send you a copy of the email that I sent out if you are interested....I welcome you to plagarise it!  Just PM me with your regular email and I will forward it to you.

Let's blow through the $5000 goal!

Trevor.....Will we have the Facebook page operational?  If so I will post the link on my Facebook page.
